Candidate placement Fees

Ageis Recruitment HR Consultancy never ask for payments/fees from candidates for doing a placement. Ageis Recruitment HR Consultancy shall not be responsible for any kind of transactions held between the job seeker and any Employer/Consultant.

11. Payment Procedure

Once the candidate joins the duty, an invoice will be raised in the name of firm. Your firm has to release the payment immediately after receiving the invoice subject to the candidate having joined the duty. The cheques should be made in favour of “Ageis Recruitment and HR Consultancy” only.“Ageis Recruitment and HR Consultancy” does not take responsibility of any activity of the candidate during pre or post-employment. Employer will not hold “Ageis Recruitment and HR Consultancy” responsible for any deeds or misdeeds of the employee. It is the total responsibility and discretion of employer to appoint or remove the candidate at their will.

12. Refund Policy

We will refund the money only in case we fail to provide service to our customers from our end post our internal investigation. Applicant need to apply for the same via email at

Refund will not be provided to the user, once it is earned by the company, because of the time and energy invested by our manpower for their work done, which is not returnable. So basically, all the processing fees, payment gateway charges, admin fees, and cost of resources for the work done, will be deducted. In short, further, we can’t refund any money which is paid to government bodies, such as filing fees or taxes, or to other third parties with a role in processing your order.
